When you submit a buyer request, we collect the request details, location, budget, timing and email address you provide. If you claim a business, we also collect your name, role, business listing, phone number, email, preferred contact method and best contact time. We retain a one-way identifier derived from a buyer’s submitting network address to prevent abuse. Basic first-party analytics record pages viewed, referral source and a randomly generated browser identifier; we do not store your browsing IP address in analytics.

How we use it

We use this information to match requests with relevant REFEVIA Marine listings, operate private request-tracking pages, verify business representatives by call or text, display verified offers, understand marketplace performance and moderate the marketplace.

Who can see it

Your email address is not displayed to businesses. Approved business representatives may see the request details needed to prepare an offer. Your private tracking link should not be shared publicly.

Retention and choices

Requests, offers and analytics records are retained to operate and improve the service and prevent fraud. You may request correction or deletion by contacting REFEVIA Marine through the main website.

Security

We use access controls, private tracking tokens, identity checks, submission limits and manual review. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
